Getting Your Act Together 

Coach Catrina Hider, CPC began her career in education as a teacher June 2002.  She received her M.A. in Counseling May 2008, and became a Certified School Counselor December 2018.  She received her certification as a Professional Life Coach June 2023.

Coach Hider has a passion for people and helping them achieve their goals.  With a background in education, counseling, and athletic coaching, Coach Hider decided to combine this knowledge and become a life coach.  "A valuable asset people struggle with is accountability. By helping my clients set boundaries, build better relationships, stop procrastinating, and heal emotionally, they will discover how to become more accountable and achieve whatever goals they set in life."
